This Advent, we’re creating space to tend to your spirit—your interior arrival.

2025 advent rETREAT


In the stillness of winter—when snow hushes the world and the nights grow long—we remember that God came not in a blaze of glory, but in the soft, slow unfolding of a womb. We’ll explore the ache and wonder of Advent through the lives of Mary and Elizabeth, women who waited, hoped, and bore life in the dark.

2026 spring retreat


Spring is about wildness, and the chaotic energy tied to "coming back to” and birthing new life. It can require a lot to wake up after the sleep of winter. This weekend will provide a time to rest, renew, and connect as we seek to recover and revive body, heart, and soul.

You carry within you a sacred fire.

You were created with a sacred fire. We offer a haven where that fire is given room to breathe. Sacred Interruption provides space to speak what you carry, come home to your body, and set an intention for sharing your wild self in your daily life. These retreats are holy ground—a chance to walk the terrain of your soul with trusted guides and remember the woman whom God has created you to be. We have curated this space to welcome all of who you are and who God is back into your body.

    Facilitators ground your time with group teachings informed by ancient myth, sacred texts, and timeless truth.

    We gather around the table to ignite your senses and help forge bonds with one another through exquisite and intentionally curated meals.
