Sacred Interruption Spring Retreat
April 24-26, 2026
Eugene, OR
Facilitators: Cathy Loerzel, Tracy Johnson
8 Women, All-Inclusive
A gathering for women longing for a new way to engage God.
Spring invites us back to life.
The Sacred Interruption Spring Retreat is a gentle, embodied entry point for women who feel the stirrings of renewal—women who are curious about faith beyond certainty, beyond performance, beyond the forms that no longer hold.
Together, we will slow down and listen for God in new and ancient ways.
This retreat is rooted in the ancient traditions of the church and the feminine expression of faith. Through storywork, bodywork, ritual, and connection to the land, we will explore what resurrection looks like not only in scripture, but in our own lives.
We will sit with resurrection stories from the Christian tradition alongside the Selkie myth, allowing symbol, story, and imagination to open deeper ways of knowing. We will honor the season of spring through beautifully set tables, shared nourishment, and attentiveness to what is emerging—both around us and within us.
No prior experience is required. You do not need the right language, beliefs, or certainty. Only a willingness to come as you are.
This retreat is for women who are:
Curious about a more embodied, imaginative, and feminine spirituality
Longing for faith that makes room for mystery, story, and lived experience
Drawn to ritual, seasonal rhythms, and sacred space
Seeking a gentle re-entry point into spiritual community
This year, we are gathering in the lush, pacific northwest in Eugene, Oregon. The Haven Retreat Centeris uniquely cultivated to merge you into the mosey old growth forests with streams hemming in the property where you can walk, pray and experience the stunning new life of the PNW spring. The retreat is held on a flower farm with its own mini-horse, Sebastien. Alongside the natural beauty, you will be held in a beautiful candle-lit main house, yoga studio with all the amenities, as well as a hot tub to soak in the beauty of the land.
Sacred Interruption retreats are stand-alone gatherings and an introduction to our work. For those who desire a deeper, longer journey, Thresholds offers a nine-month cohort experience—but this retreat stands fully on its own.
Come be interrupted by beauty.
Come listen for resurrection.
Come tend what is quietly coming alive.
