THRESHOLDS

We are living in a time when many women are awakening to the reality of their trauma, beginning to understand their stories, and are searching for what comes next. We believe healing isn’t only about understanding pain—it’s also about reclaiming joy, embodiment, meaning, and community.

Our culture lacks the initiatory moments and wise guides that once helped women mark their transitions with meaning.

We've lost the village, the rituals, and the sacred scaffolding that helped us move from one season of life to another with intention and care. In the absence of these things, we often feel untethered, fragmented, or stagnant—even after doing deep inner work.

At Sacred Interruption, we want to create a path forward, a way to become the initiators our communities, families, and churches need. This is not about perfect answers or polished theology, but about learning to live in our bodies, with the land, with one another, and with the Spirit. We believe in recovering the ancient wisdom that has been lost and practicing together how to mark time, transition, and meaning.

Thresholds is our response to this need—a space where women walk together through the arc of a year, not to be taught as students, but to be gathered as co-learners, seekers, and initiators.
