As the days grow shorter and the air turns crisp, something ancient stirs in us—the longing to return to what is slow, rooted, and real.

This fall, Sacred Interruption invites you to a Fall Harvest Retreat—a weekend of embodied soul work, sacred storytelling, mythic teaching, and shared feasting. Together, we will follow the rhythms of the season and the feminine heart of God into a deeper connection with the land, our bodies, and one another.

We’ll gather in the warmth of a rustic setting surrounded by autumn’s firelight. There will be space for bodywork, ritual, and small-group storywork. We’ll explore scripture and fairy tale alike—uncovering how ancient truths still live in our skin and bones today.

Around a harvest table, we’ll feast. Not just on food, but on beauty, breath, and belonging.

This retreat is for women who:

  • feel the ache of transition or weariness

  • crave connection to something earthy, sacred, and true

  • long to slow down and listen to their own deep knowing

  • are ready to be nourished in body and spirit

You do not need to be strong or ready. You only need to be willing. There is room for your grief, your hope, your hunger, and your story.

Let this fall be your turning.

We are grateful to Betsy Chapman for hosting us and to Farm to Feast for partnering with us to make this retreat possible.

Registration includes

  • 4 small group times

  • 4 teaching segments

  • Restorative ritual and bodywork

  • Gourmet Catering: 3 light breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners

Your spot is secured once you pay the deposit ($350) and sign the waiver (emailed to you within 24 hours of your deposit being made). Following the deposit, there are four payments of $500, made monthly.

This retreat is held approximately one hour outside of Nashville, TN. Lodging is not included. A list of recommended hotels will be sent with your preparation packet.
